Treflyn has Hope And Vision for charity
A REHABILITATION charity that supports recovering addicts has announced changes to its governance.
Hope and Vision Communities provides supported, move-on accommodation for people who have successfully completed residential rehabilitation.
As a result of the charity’s continued growth it is restructuring its senior team to be ready for the next stage of development.
They welcome Treflyn Lloyd Roberts, who will join Tony
Attwood and Kevin Randall, to form a three-strong leadership team.
Founder Tony Attwood, said: “We’re looking to the next stage of our development, with some exciting changes taking place.
“I am moving to become head of operations and development, creating space for Treflyn LloydRoberts to join us as CEO.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside him, to reach Hope and Vision Communities’ full potential as we follow our mission and vision and move into our next season of stability and growth.”
Chair of trustees, Peter Ross, said: “Treflyn brings enormous experience, and he knows us very well, having been one of the founding trustees of Hope and Vision.
“Tony can focus on building relationships and developing opportunities as part of our expansion strategy.”
The move enables Hope and Vision to benefit fully from Tony’s skills and experience at looking outwards, which were previously combined with his previous role as CEO.
The trustees are confident that the new leadership team will take the charity forward into its next stage of development.
Mr Ross continued: “Our Head of Key Working, Kevin Randall, joined us in late 2023 having run a successful drug and alcohol rehabilitation unit in the West Country.
“He’s already building upon existing support mechanisms for the benefit of our residents.
“Together, Tref, Tony, and
Kevin make a very strong senior team who will take forward the important work of making Tony’s vision for our charity a reality.”
