ASCOT UNITED missed out on the chance to secure promotion after they were beaten for just the second time all season.

A 2-0 loss to Bournemout­h

Sports means that the race for the top will go down to the wire with Bournemuth just three points behind and with a game in hand.

WOODLEY UNITED put a point on the board with a goalless draw against Wycombe Wanderers.

The Kestrels are in fourth position on 22 points from 14 games and have two games left to play.

Southern Region Women’s County Cup

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA exited the competitio­n after being on the end of a 2-0 defeat against Beaconsfie­ld Town.

The Boars are back in league action on Sunday, April 7 and will be out for revenge when they face Beaconsfie­ld.

BBFA Women’s Trophy Final

TILEHURST PANTHERS got their hands on a trophy with a 2-0 success over Wallingfor­d & Crowmarsh.
