Cranberry sauce
Try adding any other alcohol to this sauce depending on your own preference – it would also taste delicious with brandy.
Serves 8 • Ready in 30mins
500g cranberries 200ml port
100g caster sugar 1 stick cinnamon
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with 200ml water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 25mins, until the cranberries are tender.
