Watching... i’m a drama addict. it’s the one good thing about the nights drawing in; the dramas on tv are fantastic for people like me who hate stepping a foot out the door between october and May! i have just finished Succession, which was great, and am hoping Billions comes back on soon.
reading... i’m making my way through Mary Portas’s Work Like a Woman and viv groskop’s How to Own the Room. i like books that help me grow. Listening to... i am a huge fan of american podcaster lewis howes. he interviews interesting people and i listen on the train, in the gym, while i’m cooking dinner...
eating... My husband nick and i like to go to the ivy in cobham, where they make a mean espresso Martini! Learning to... i’m working on setting up my own podcasts, which i’m very excited about. so watch this space! shopping at... Zara. Pretty much every item i own comes from there.
scrolling... i use an app called insight timer to meditate daily. it’s free and you can choose from hundreds to suit your mood. planning... it would be nice to have a weekend away with nick that mixed business with pleasure – that would be great – we run our own business, thisgirlisonfire.co.uk, which is a 24/7 job. we believe in it so much it’s the first thing we talk about in the morning and the last thing at night. Maybe we should arrange a “brainstorming” session in Prague rather than our office!
