For the past two weeks I’ve been practising these easy circuits at home, repeating them three times for 30 minutes. I’ve noticed I not only look leaner – especially around the waist – but I have more overall energy and am sleeping like a baby. Job done.

If you have not worked out for a couple of months, start doing it once a week. After a month or so you can do it twice, and after two to three months add a third weekly session.
