Iced banoffee pie scoops with nutty biscuit crunch

4 frozen bananas (freeze them in advance)
4tbsp peanut or almond butter 4-5 oat biscuits, such as hobnobs date syrup, to serve
1 to make the banana cream, blitz the frozen bananas and peanut butter in a food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little too thick you may need to add a splash of water to loosen. spoon into 4 glasses.
2 crush the biscuits over and serve immediately with a drizzle of date syrup.
