✢ Which category are you nominating them for: Caring for others; Improving the environment we live in; Going the extra mile for charity

✢ A 250-word summary of why they deserve to win an Amazing Women Award 2019

✢ A photo (attached to the email)

✢ Tell us if they have won an award before ✢ Nominees have to be aged 50 or over
