Tanya Pearey, 51, from Kelvedon, Essex, does Parkrun every Saturday with her husband Alan, 54, and daughters Savannah, 19, and Imogen, 16. Together they’ve done a total of 246 runs – that’s 764 miles, which equates to running from London to Scotland and back.

I joined a running group with sas (savannah) two years ago to support her Duke of Edinburgh Gold award and heard lots of people there talking about Parkrun. It sounded very inclusive, so we thought we’d give it a go.
