WHAT’S IN SEASON?

Summer is in the air – and in the vegetable patch too. Broad beans, carrots, courgettes, lettuce, peas and spinach are all ripe for the picking. Meanwhile bountiful elderflowers, strawberries and cucumbers are ready to be preserved into delicious jams, pickles and cordials. Or simply added to Pimm’s, of course!
