Drunken prawns
Prawns are rich in protein and B vitamins, and low in fat.
Serves 6 • Ready in 10mins, plus marinating
18 large unpeeled raw prawns 12 cherry tomatoes, chopped 3tbsp vodka few sprigs parsley, chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Mix all the ingredients in a food bag and leave to marinate for at least 4hrs.
2 Cook over a hot grill for 3-4mins, turning once, until cooked through. Per serving: Cals 40, Fat 0.2g,
