Sweet chilli chicken wings

Fuss-free finger food at its finest! SERVES 2 Ready in 55 mins ✢ 2 garlic cloves, crushed

3tbsp light soft brown sugar 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce

4tbsp tomato ketchup

4tbsp dark soy sauce

12 chicken wings

2 large potatoes, cut into wedges vegetable oil coleslaw, to serve 1 Heat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Combine the garlic, sugar, chilli sauce, ketchup and soy sauce in a large bowl and mix together. Add in the chicken wings and stir to coat evenly.

2 Prepare 2 baking trays with greaseproo­f paper and place the wings on one. On the other, spread the potato wedges and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook both for 45 mins, until the wedges are crisp on the outside, Serve the wings and wedges with the coleslaw – and a napkin!
