1 GET A NOTEBOOK or open a file on your computer where you can begin keeping track of the many moments of joy (big or small) you experience throughout the day.
2 EACH DAY, add at least five things to the list.
3 WHEN YOU’RE IN NEED OF A BOOST, read back through what you have written – your levels of gratitude, appreciation and joy will rise.
