✢ TO COMBAT STRESS Press and hold underneath the arches for one minute with your thumb.

✢ TO TREAT TIRED EYES Apply a firm rotational movement into the crease under the tip of the first and second toes on both feet. Repeat three times on each.

✢ TO EASE A TIGHT NECK With the thumb, work up and down in firm circular movements from the base of the big toe to the base of the ball of the foot. Finish by holding the big toe firmly, and gently pull and rotate three times clockwise and three times anticlockw­ise.
