Kate’s cocktail

Serves 8 • Prep 10 mins 300ml pomegranate juice 100ml vodka

3tbsp raspberry liqueur 1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine Maraschino cherries, to decorate

1 Mix the pomegranate juice, vodka and raspberry liqueur together and divide between eight glasses. Top up with champagne or sparkling wine and decorate with maraschino cherries on cocktail sticks.
