William’s fizz

Serves 8 • Prep 10 mins 100ml brandy

2tbsp peach liqueur

1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Orange slices, halved, to decorate

1 Mix together the brandy and peach liqueur and divide between eight glasses. Top up with champagne or sparkling wine and decorate with halved orange slices.
