Watching Anything that’s comedy, really – I love Ted Lasso on Apple TV, Curb Your Enthusiasm and After Life.

I love documentaries as well, but if I want to veg out it’s comedies I watch. Listening I’m an avid Radio 4 fan and then I sort of switch in and out of LBC. I also like Eddie Mair, and Jessie Ware’s podcast Table Manners

– I think she’s great.

Reading Ian Rankin is one of my favourite authors. I’m just reading his first Rebus book Knots and Crosses. I’ve read it before but I want to get out of the habit of listening to the news and watching Netflix late at night. Scrolling I do a bit for work, but I don’t post as much as I should! It’s important, but it can be toxic when you see some of the things that are said to people on social media, so I try to limit it. I like Instagram the most, to see new recipes and dishes. Visiting I went to Northcote in Lancashire. It’s run by Craig Bancroft and Lisa Goodwinallen. She’s a fantastic chef and I’ve worked with her over the years doing many, many different things but I’ve never actually eaten her food. When I finally did sit down and try some of her dishes they were phenomenal, so now I just want to go back there, stay the weekend and eat more! Learning I’d love to improve my Italian. Instead of having the radio or music on when I drive, I listen to Italian language apps. I can get by, but should be better! We try to go to Italy every year, it’s where my family comes from. ✢ The Weekend Cook: Good Food for Real Life by Angela Hartnett (£26, Bloomsbury Absolute) is out on 26 May.
