HERB GARDEN SELTZER
A refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Serves 8 • Ready in 5mins, plus infusing
a handful each of mint, basil and rosemary
1tsp salt and 1tsp sugar
200ml sparkling water, plus extra half a cucumber, sliced into ribbons
1 Put the herbs into a jug with the salt and sugar. Pour over the sparkling water and add the cucumber. leave to infuse for 2hrs. 2 top up with sparkling water to serve.
