A trendy Negroni cocktail is the perfect party-starter.

25ml each of dry gin, Campari and Martini Rosso 75ml Prosecco grapefruit slices, to garnish Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, then pour in the gin, Campari and Martini Rosso. Stir well, then pour over Prosecco and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
