Chorizo & prawn spaghetti
Super speedy – ready in 15 mins!

300g spaghetti 120g chorizo pieces 200g raw king prawns 350ml cherry tomato pasta sauce Small handful parsley, chopped Lemon wedges, to serve
1 cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water for 10 mins or according to the packet instructions, until just tender. 2 meanwhile, dry-fry the chorizo in a large frying pan until it begins to crisp. add the king prawns and cook for 1-2 mins on each side until just beginning to turn pink. pour in the cherry tomato pasta sauce and 150ml water, stirring to combine. heat through for 2-3 mins.
3 drain the pasta and add to the sauce in the pan. add half the parsley and toss together to coat in the sauce. serve scattered with the remaining parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
