How it works
The Slimfast 321 plan is designed to deliver 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day for women and 1,600 calories a day for men. This creates a calorie deficit each day, which will deliver a 1-2lb weight loss per week.
Use the selection of pick-and-mix breakfasts, lunches and dinners to hit your daily calories.
You can follow the plan like Linda or simply spread your 1,200-1,400 calories out over the day as you wish, totting up the total as you go. That’s the beauty of the diet – it’s flexible and up to you how you follow it!
If you’d like, swap a meal for a Slimfast meal or shake.
Remember, you can have lunches for dinner and vice versa. It’s totally up to you!
