mix 160g toma­toes, 100g rocket, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh co­rian­der. Fry 1 chopped gar­lic clove and a pinch of chilli flakes for 1 min. add 200g raw prawns; cook un­til pink. mix with the veg and serve on 80g of toasted French stick.
