i’m so mortified that i walked in on my dad

QMy father has been staying with us regularly since my mother died. But recently I walked into his bedroom without knocking and found him touching himself. I walked out again quickly so he didn’t know I was there but since then I’ve been feeling so embarrassed at the thought of what happened.
