✱ BEEF AND CHEESE ‘Cows are cattle (raised for both beef and milk) and the animals responsible for the most greenhouse gas emissions,’ says David. So reducing your dairy and meat consumption will help our environment.
✱ CONVENTIONALLY FARMED SALMON ‘Farmed salmon is one of the least environmentally friendly fish out there, so why not try swapping it for mussels,’ says David. ‘Mussels are a brilliant source of omega-3 and a healthy protein source.’
