✱ BEEF AND CHEESE ‘Cows are cattle (raised for both beef and milk) and the animals responsibl­e for the most greenhouse gas emissions,’ says David. So reducing your dairy and meat consumptio­n will help our environmen­t.

✱ CONVENTION­ALLY FARMED SALMON ‘Farmed salmon is one of the least environmen­tally friendly fish out there, so why not try swapping it for mussels,’ says David. ‘Mussels are a brilliant source of omega-3 and a healthy protein source.’
