If you are resentful, unhappy or angry, it may not show in your words or the way you behave, but it can come out in the sex. Being cooped up together is a recipe for conflict. When you love each other and have had many years together, you may be polite and quickly clean up but that politeness means the real roots of your dissatisfaction are brushed under the carpet. You need to dig down and talk honestly. Sit down when you’re both in a good mood and clear the air, and get back the love.
