‘Sleep is important’

At 51, Jennifer Lopez looks as youthful as she did in her 30s. The singer has cut out caffeine, alcohol and processed foods, but she also credits her figure to a rigorous fitness regime, including interval training and kickboxing. Jen gets plenty of sleep too, adding, ‘Ideally I would love to get nine or 10 hours, but I always make sure I get at least eight.’
