‘I cut down on sugar and carbs’
Carol Vorderman hasn’t aged in years. But the former Countdown host, 60, works hard to maintain her youthful looks. ‘I eat well. I cut down on sugar and carbs long before it became fashionable,’ she says. ‘And most of the week I drink very little alcohol. Your tolerance goes down after the menopause.’ Carol also enjoys an active lifestyle, making sure she walks seven miles a day, and reveals, ‘I probably do over 20,000 squats a year.’
