Finding Agatha

For years, Gerry and I longed for a dog, and on 6 March, we welcomed Italian greyhound Agatha into our home. Weeks later, we went into lockdown and Agatha kept us sane despite chewing through our broadband cable – twice.

A whirlwind of energy, she’s my favourite adventure. Caring for her has helped me face my own fears. She’s a very anxious dog and, like me, finds the outside world a bit scary. But having each other has given us a bit of confidence.
