Just days after announcing their split, Alan Carr’s husband Paul Drayton was on trial for hitting a police car while drink driving. Paul, 50, was initially jailed for 14 weeks, but has been freed on appeal after his lawyer described his ‘perfect storm’ of problems, including the marriage breakdown, ADHD and alcoholism.
