Lover’s berry fizz
Light, refreshing and easy to make. Serve this cocktail while you’re waiting for your starters to finish cooking.

✱ 150g frozen berries
✱ 75ml cassis
✱ 50ml Campari
✱ 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine
1 Add the berries, cassis and Campari to a serving jug and mix to combine. 2 Carefully add the sparkling wine, ensuring it doesn’t bubble over. Serve in flutes.
