Shampoo the right way
If you have fine hair, and not a lot of it, loading it with conditioner at the end of your shower will weigh it down and make it look flat. So reverse your washing order, starting with conditioner to moisturise, followed by shampoo to remove all traces of grease, dirt and product build-up so hair can be at its bounciest. Another way to take care of your hair is to make sure your shampoo is sulfate-free. Sulfates are what give your shampoo that satisfying lather but they can strip the hair’s natural oils, leaving it weak and prone to breakage. We recommend Maui Moisture Thicken + Restore Shampoo, £8.99, Superdrug.
