Honey sausages
Simple to prepare ahead of time, we recommend serving on little cocktail sticks for easy snacking!
SERVES 10 PREP 5 MINS COOK 25 MINS
✱ 1tbsp sunflower oil
✱ 600g British free-range cocktail sausages
✱ 2tbsp clear honey
✱ 2tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 Heat the oven to 200C/gas 6. Mix the sunflower oil with the cocktail sausages and spread on a baking tray. Cook for 25 mins until golden brown and cooked through.
2 Mix together the honey and mustard then toss through the cooked sausages. Serve hot or cold.
