✱ 450g British pork sausage meat

✱ 4 spring onions, sliced

✱ Splash Worcesters­hire sauce

✱ 8 small eggs, hard-boiled and shelled

✱ 1 egg, beaten

✱ 100g dried breadcrumb­s

✱ 1ltr sunflower oil, for frying
