Sardinian cuisine comes from a tradition entirely of its own. Their best known dish is probably spit-roasted suckling pig infused with myrtle. You must also try the seadas, a classic sardinian dessert (fried pasta filled with ricotta and drizzled with honey). Trust us, it’s amazing! And, of course, do eat the freshly made pasta, which is on offer everywhere.
