If you’re more of a ‘buy off the shelf’ kind of person, then be sure to check the labels for sugar content. Some foods in boxes with pictures of oats, illustrations of bees and flashy words such as ‘nature’, ‘harvest’, ‘farm’, ‘larder’, are very likely to be big fat sugary biscuits disguised as a nutritional breakfast. Get wise and don’t be caught out. You eat one and you want 10 and wonder why you can’t concentrate!
