FOOD ED’S TIP
To make the sauce, heat 5tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion and 1 crushed garlic clove until soft. Season. Add 2 x 400g tins plum tomatoes. Rinse the cans out with a little water; add this to the pan. Break the tomatoes up with a spoon. Simmer, uncovered, for 40 mins until thickened.
