OLIVIA WILDE AND JASON SUDEIKIS
She may be enjoying a whirlwind romance with former One Direction star Harry Styles, but actor and film-maker Olivia Wilde’s life is far from a Hollywood fairy tale. Custody proceedings between Olivia and her ex, Ted Lasso star Jason Sudeikis, were amicable following their 2020 split, until 38-year-old Olivia was left red-faced when she was served custody papers on-stage at Cinemacon back in April. Star of The OC Olivia wants the couple’s children Otis, eight, and Daisy, five, to stay at home in LA, with the potential of relocating to London, where her boyfriend Harry mainly resides, while Jason, 46, is eager for them to live with him in New York.
It seems Olivia has won this round, as a judge ruled, ‘New York was not the home state of the subject children… Therefore… [the] respondent’s motion to dismiss the custody petitions… is granted’.
A new custody battle is, however, now set to take place in their home state of California. Woman will be following proceedings with interest.
