Prince William is making a surprise visit to New York in a few days – his first trip to America in eight years.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went on a US tour back in 2014, long before COVID-19 and the row with his brother. Comparisons are bound to be made between William’s upcoming stay in the Big Apple, where he will attend an environmental summit, and Harry’s ‘unofficial’ trip to the city last year. A chance for William to upstage his brother, perhaps?
