Bronzer for blush

A natural flush gives a youthful brightness to pale complexions. A powder blush (we like Autograph Powder Blush in Berry, £10, marksandspencer.com) will blend seamlessly using a fluffy brush. To add a fullness to sunken features, apply in circular motions on the apples of your cheeks; and to give lift, apply from the top of the cheekbone up towards the ear.
