The Escape at One package gives you three hours to make use of the state-of-the-art facilities, including the indoor-outdoor hydrotherapy pool, with jets of water that massage aches and pains away. There’s a 19m swimming pool, two saunas with aromatic scents, a dry salt room with colour-therapy lights, crystal steam room and, for brave souls, an ice fountain. Chill out on heated beds in the Tepidarium or in the cocoon-like Quiet Relaxation room.
