FOOD ED’S TIP

If using fresh noodles, they don’t need to be pre-cooked, just add them in step 2. If you prefer dried noodles, use 2 nests and cook them according to the pack instructions; unless you use them immediately, they’re inclined to stick together, so toss with a little sesame oil when drained, then add in step 2.
