However, there are still many other conditions or accidents that would be covered by insurance, and you have the peace of mind that if anything else happened you can have the best treatment options available. Unless you have a large sum of money tucked away in case of emergencies, paying a monthly amount will spread the cost and make sure your pet is protected.
