Remember, remember the 9th of November, gunpowder, treason and plot… Season five of The Crown is being released after Bonfire Night but sparks are still expected to fly. This series will cover the period known as the ‘dark days’ leading up to Diana’s death – with Diana this time played by Elizabeth Debicki. The Royal Family will just have to hope that the show’s millions of viewers will be able to separate fiction from the fact, or things may not look good for the new King.
