There’s nothing like a commitment to others to keep you on track. Each time you do a workout, put £1 (or whatever you can afford) into a tin. Then after a month, donate it all to a charity. (Don’t dip into it when you need change for the parking meter!). My choice would be Ovarian Cancer Action (ovarian.org.uk).
