Christmas is a stress­ful time for ev­ery­one, and it’s im­por­tant to take a break now and again to blow off steam. try to plan in ad­vance so the pres­sure doesn’t build up so much and ask for help if you’re strug­gling. make sure you’re get­ting enough sleep (ideally eight hours a night), eat a healthy diet and ex­er­cise. if you still feel ex­hausted, it could be a sign of an un­der­ly­ing med­i­cal is­sue, so make an ap­point­ment with your gp.
