The celebrity hairstylist, 59, chops up his day for usé
3am
My life has gone topsy-turvy – I have a new baby son, Nico, with my girlfriend Kelly Simpkin. He is three months old, so I often get up during the night if he wakes up, even though it’s only a few hours before my alarm is set to go off.
6am
I sometimes go with my to Barry’s daughter Tellisa at which starts Bootcamp, get up at 6am. I usually up if I’ve been 5.30am but 4am, I’m like, with Nico until to sleep ‘Do I go back or not?’
7.30am

10am
If it’s a day when I’m in Mayfair, I’m in the salon by 10am and it’s full-on until 6pm. I don’t have lunch, as I eat well in the morning and again in the evening. I eat early so it’s not a big deal.
7pm
I have an early dinner, where as before I would be eating and going to bed late and getting up early. So it’s now slightly more normal.
The Nicky Clarke Supershine Rose Collection range (Salon Professional Dryer, Straightener and Styling Tong) is available now exclusively at Boots and uses built-in ionic technology to condition hair to leave it smooth and shiny.
8pm

9pm
I can cook but I’m not going to replicate Scott’s – my cooking is not quite that level – but by the time you get in, eat, and get the baby sorted, there’s not much time left before you have to go to bed.
10pm
my new bedtime is 10 o’clock. i used to think anything before 1am was an early night, then my bedtime used to be 11pm because i’d watch sky news and the Press review. But now i can’t do that because i’ve got to be up in four hours.
