Spray a pan with low-calorie cooking spray and fry eggs, lean
bacon rashers (all visible fat removed), chopped mushrooms and halved tomatoes. Serve with baked beans and grilled Slimming World Pork Sausages (from Iceland).
Serve 40g Nestlé Oat Cheerios Less Than 5% Sugar with milk from your allowance. Follow with a banana.
Toffee apple porridge
Make up 40g dried porridge oats with water or milk from daily allowance. Stir in a Muller Light Toffee yogurt and top with apple slices.
Scramble 2-3 eggs in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray and serve with smoked salmon and cooked asparagus.
Mix together 40g Post Grape-nuts with a 200g pot Arla Protein, Fruit Flavoured Quark and lots of fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries).
