Big brekkie

Spray a pan with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray and fry eggs, lean

ba­con rash­ers (all vis­i­ble fat re­moved), chopped mush­rooms and halved toma­toes. Serve with baked beans and grilled Slim­ming World Pork Sausages (from Ice­land).


Serve 40g Nestlé Oat Chee­rios Less Than 5% Sugar with milk from your al­lowance. Fol­low with a ba­nana.

Tof­fee ap­ple por­ridge

Make up 40g dried por­ridge oats with water or milk from daily al­lowance. Stir in a Muller Light Tof­fee yo­gurt and top with ap­ple slices.

Salmon scram­ble

Scram­ble 2-3 eggs in a pan sprayed with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray and serve with smoked salmon and cooked as­para­gus.

Break­fast cheese­cake

Mix to­gether 40g Post Grape-nuts with a 200g pot Arla Pro­tein, Fruit Flavoured Quark and lots of fresh berries (blue­ber­ries, rasp­ber­ries).
