Next-day idea Kebab pittas
There’s something so satisfying about letting all the sauce from your meatball mixture soak into the bread walls of a pitta – a delicious (if a little messy!) dinner.
You will need:
½ meatballs and sauce 4 heaped tbsp natural yogurt 1 clove of garlic, crushed ½ cucumber, deseeded and sliced into moons 200g radishes, sliced 1 gem lettuce, shredded 4 pittas
How to do it:
1 Heat the meatballs in a pan to warm through. Set aside. 2 Mix the natural yogurt with the garlic. In a larger bowl, combine the cucumber, radishes, and gem lettuce. 3 Stuff the pittas with the salad, three meatballs and sauce and a dollop of yogurt each.
