There’s some­thing so sat­is­fy­ing about let­ting all the sauce from your meat­ball mix­ture soak into the bread walls of a pitta – a de­li­cious (if a lit­tle messy!) din­ner.

You will need:

½ meat­balls and sauce 4 heaped tbsp nat­u­ral yo­gurt 1 clove of gar­lic, crushed ½ cu­cum­ber, de­seeded and sliced into moons 200g radishes, sliced 1 gem let­tuce, shred­ded 4 pit­tas

How to do it:

1 Heat the meat­balls in a pan to warm through. Set aside. 2 Mix the nat­u­ral yo­gurt with the gar­lic. In a larger bowl, com­bine the cu­cum­ber, radishes, and gem let­tuce. 3 Stuff the pit­tas with the salad, three meat­balls and sauce and a dol­lop of yo­gurt each.
