Meghan and Harry’s joint wedding diet: Couple drop over 20lb
Anyone who is about to tie the knot understandably wants to look their best – and Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no different.
So much so that the couple have lost an incredible 21lb between them, by focusing on clean eating and staying active.
Fitness and nutritional expert Laurel Alper tells us, ‘Meghan looks to have lost as much as 14lb ahead of her big day, and Harry at least 7lb.’
While Meghan has always been an advocate of healthy living, with jogging and yoga among some of her favourite ways to stay fit and a plant-based diet as her preferred choice, it’s been reported that Meghan gave Harry, 33, a helping hand when it came to overhauling his diet in time for the 19 May wedding.
The prince is said to have joined up at an exclusive gym in a bid to shift the pounds and it’s claimed he has even swapped carbohydrates and pizza for a diet of quinoa, kale and healthy juices.
