Meghan and Harry’s joint wed­ding diet: Cou­ple drop over 20lb

Any­one who is about to tie the knot un­der­stand­ably wants to look their best – and Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no dif­fer­ent.

So much so that the cou­ple have lost an in­cred­i­ble 21lb be­tween them, by fo­cus­ing on clean eat­ing and stay­ing ac­tive.

Fit­ness and nu­tri­tional ex­pert Lau­rel Alper tells us, ‘Meghan looks to have lost as much as 14lb ahead of her big day, and Harry at least 7lb.’

While Meghan has al­ways been an ad­vo­cate of healthy liv­ing, with jog­ging and yoga among some of her favourite ways to stay fit and a plant-based diet as her pre­ferred choice, it’s been re­ported that Meghan gave Harry, 33, a help­ing hand when it came to over­haul­ing his diet in time for the 19 May wed­ding.

The prince is said to have joined up at an ex­clu­sive gym in a bid to shift the pounds and it’s claimed he has even swapped car­bo­hy­drates and pizza for a diet of quinoa, kale and healthy juices.
