Spicy Scram­bled eggs Sauté chopped spring onion in olive oil. add one beaten egg, sea­soned with chilli flakes. Stir in 40g canned black beans and a chopped to­mato. gar­nish with fresh co­rian­der.

Lunch

Hou­mous open Sand­wich Top one slice of rye bread with hou­mous, leafy greens and half a chopped red pep­per.

Din­ner

roast chicken with Sweet potato wedges Serve a por­tion of roast chicken with roasted sweet potato wedges, and steamed mangetout, green beans and broc­coli.
