This works well if your hair hasn’t been freshly washed, as the plait will look plumper and stay in place more easily. Brush hair and work out the best place to focus your plait – this might be across the top, underneath or around the sides of your head. Once decided, get to work and start plaiting your hair. Fix in place with a grip and use hairspray to hold and control any flyaways.
